Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. We will let you know when it’s ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.

Orders for medications that are a regular stock items are usually ready the next business day. For medications that we order in for your pet especially, we require a week's notice.

If you somehow require your pet's medication sooner than the above, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form, and we will try our utmost to help you.

Please note that patients on long-term medications need to have a check up with one of our vets every 6 months. This is a legal requirement. Sometimes we will advise blood tests for repeat medications as well.

Please remember to use the 'prescription details' section below to always give us:

• a brief comment on how your pet is doing
• a seizure update for your pet if the medications are seizure related
• a sleeping or resting respiratory rate (SRR or RRR) if you are ordering heart medication.

Failure to do so may result in a delay of your medication being dispensed by our vets.
